ISO 9001:2008

We are dedicated towards quality and continuous improvement for both customers and employees through innovative process development, training and measurement of customer and employee satisfaction. In year 2002, we were awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification and later was upgraded to ISO 9001:2008 in 2009. We are the first and the only MCO in Malaysia to be awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certification. The award of such certificate represents a tangible recognition and assurance of our consistency in providing quality services to meet the ever increasing demands of our customers through the development, implementation and maintenance of a quality management system that conforms to the international standard.
